Keith Duer

Sr. Project Manager 

Mr. Duer oversees the day-to-day activities of the laboratory to ensure that our analytical work is done in accordance with all regulatory methods.  He works with the lab technical staff to ensure adherence to EPA and other established guidelines.  

He is instrumental in maintaining the New York State Department of Health - Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) accreditation.  Working with the laboratory technical director and analytical staff, he updates the standard operating procedures (S.O.P) and the laboratory quality control system.  

He oversees the proper handling and disposal of potentially hazardous chemicals in the laboratory.  His duties also involve recordkeeping, coordination of waste manifests and maintenance of the corporate license for hazardous materials handling.
