JLC is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) which makes us a valuable team member on public sector work. Our work in the public arena has been very diverse. Our trained staff has worked on projects such as the US Customs House, Grand Central Station, the Verrazano Bridges and the Queens Midtown Tunnel.
East Side Access and Madison Yard
JLC has been involved with the East Access project for over 10 years. We have conducted various inspections at MTA train yards and lines during that time. We also worked with STV as a consultant on the Air Train project and continue to in be involved with its maintenance.
On the Madison Yards project which is the final piece of the puzzle, we serve as a sub consultant to the Dragdos/Judlau joint venture. Our field inspectors have worked with the MTA to determine the extent of contaminants present and how to best remediate them.
