The Rehabilitation of the Apollo Theater
As part of the Jones Lang LaSalle team, JLC served as environmental consultant for the rehabilitation of the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem. This theatre has received national, state and city landmark status and is on the list of national historic places. It has been part an important part of the Harlem community for more approximately 75 years. JLC provided environmental testing, analysis, remediation design and project monitoring services on this project.

Yankee Stadium
As part of the H2M team, JLC inspectors surveyed the entire "old" Yankee Stadium prior to its demolition. We also conducted surveys on several of the ancillary buildings in an around the stadium area.
