JLC has worked on thousands of commercial properties from the New York Stock Exchange to commercial high rise buildings throughout the city.   Uptown or downtown, we find solutions to environmental challenges that effect tenant health and safety as well as productivity and efficiency.

JLC provides LEED EQ testing as well as a wide variety of other environmental testing and consulting services.   We prepare Environmental Site Assessments for real property transactions such as buying, selling or refinancing.

Flying Food Group - This Company expanded into the New York market by taking over a 200K square foot building at JFK airport and created the largest commercial kitchen on the east coast.   This facility provides food for international flights including those of Air France, who they are in partnership with. JLC conducted all the environmental testing at the site, both inside and outside of the building.

5 Times Square -This building is known as the first "green building" in NYC, even before the USGBC had such a designation. JLC provided post construction testing of the entire high rise to check for possible contaminants prior to tenant occupation.
